IFMBE Member – EUR 370

Payments on the spot are not accepted.
The fee includes a Participant Badge with a flash memory containing Conference materials, access to all lectures and sessions, publication costs, three coffee breaks with snacks on each day of the Conference, refreshments.
Terms of registration and payment.
For individual payments.
We accept Bank Transfer payments only. All registration fees are quoted in Euro (€) and include 21% Latvia VAT. Payment in any other currency will not be accepted.
Registration fee rate is based on the date of receipt of the registration request. The prices indicated are only applicable if BOTH the registration Form AND payment are received before midnight, Eastern European Time (GMT +2), on the relevant registration deadline date, otherwise, the higher registration fee will be applied.
After successful registration, you will receive a Form submission confirmation. An invoice will be prepared and sent as soon as possible. If you do not receive an invoice for a long time, please contact our support team at support@nbc2023.lmifb.lv
Registrations will be acknowledged by email upon receipt of payment. Incomplete addresses or agency addresses will not be accepted and will result in the cancellation of the registration.
Active registrations are nominative and non-transferable. Should a delegate not attend the event, for whatever reason, no further claims for reimbursement or waiving of fees can be made.
For organization payments.
Invoices with an address in the European Union should be provided with a VAT Number. The invoicing address and VAT number can only be set up during the registration process.
An invoice to an individual cannot be transferred to an organization after payment. To avoid disappointment, please check the Invoicing details carefully before payment. If in doubt, contact us at registration@nbc2023.lmifb.lv.
